What are your capacities?
- 150 – 200 People can sit comfortable
- Plenty of room for a tent by the water
Is the venue ADA accessible?
While parts of the property is ADA accessible, please plan for pathways around the property. Not all parts of the property are ADA accessible. Call for further assistance.
What equipment is included with the venue?
We have a variety of options available call for more information
Do I have access to your entire space?
Yes! You will have access to the full property for 10 hours on the day of your event. Except for the house.
Do you have WIFI available?
Yes! It is complimentary and reliable. Please note, that while we do provide internet access across the property, we cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times.
Do you have plugs and power for our team to use throughout the event?
We have plenty of power available throughout the venue, however we do not provide extension cords. If needed, please inquire about more detailed specifications regarding power sources/locations.
Do you have a sound system?
No, all sound will need to be brought in through a 3rd party vendor.
Do you have a projector and screen?
We do not have a projector/screen in-house, however we do partner with wonderful A/V and lighting vendors to assist with any needs you might have! You are also welcome to provide your own projector and screen if you wish.
When does music have to turn off?
Music must be turned off outside by 10pm.
Do you allow real candles?
Only LED candles are permitted. Candles placed on aisles, walkways or floors must be flameless. All table pillar candles and taper candles must be enclosed in a hurricane votive.
Can the lounge furniture be moved?
No, all furniture, with the exception of the event tables listed on the equipment list, are stationary and do not move around the property
How many restrooms do you have?
We will provide information on several vendors that can meet those needs
What if it rains on my wedding day?
We strongly suggest renting a tent for your event, we can help with this for you. If the weather is that bad we will work with you.
How does parking work?
We have enough parking for approximately 150 vehicles.
